The equality data analysis report published in the last 3 years has demonstrated where the service can improve and move forward in areas of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). It will help improve in the way we integrate equalities in the integrated service which in effect help us make informed decisions about our policies and practices, which are based on evidence, and the impact of our activities on equality.
The equality data has helped the Trust develop measurable equality objectives, and measure performance over the last three years.

2014/2015 Public Sector Equality Data compliance report focusses on the Trust priorities as identified through the equality data analysis report.
